All rates are for 2 people, 1 car.  *PET RESTRICTIONS*

All rates are subject to change unless confirmed with a paid reservation.

  • A deposit may be held for monthly, and seasonal guest, and will be confirmed with paid reservation.
  • No deposit on daily, and weekly.
  • Any refunds are subject to the cancelation policy.
  • No reservation is considered confirmed until a written confirmation is sent from RUBY’S PLACE.
  • Extra vehicle must be approved and confirmed in writing prior to arrival.

DAILY RATES

RV’S UP TO 40’ 2 people, 1 tow vehicle.   $40.00 

EXTRAS: extra person $5.00, per day, Extra car $5.00 per day, if space is available.

                                            MONTHLY RATES

30 AMP SERVICES ----     $500.00 ALL INCLUSIVE

50 AMP SERVICES ----     $675.00 ALL INCLUSIVE

Trash, electric, water, sewer, WIFI, IS ALL INCLUDED.

ALL TRASH MUST BE IN TRASH BAG BEFORE THROWING IN TRASH CANS.
